ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has suspended implementation on death penalties during the holy month of Ramadan.
The executions were suspended temporarily keeping in view the holy month of Ramadan.
Nawaz Sharif directed interior ministry and provincial governments to ensure implementation on the orders. Chairman senate had also requested the PM to suspend the death penalties during the holy month of Ramadan.
