LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has said due to blessings of Allah Almighty and prayers of millions of people, Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is recovering fast.
He said he and his family were thankful to those who prayed for the success of the operation of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He said the prime minister had also thanked those who prayed for him.
Shehbaz Sharif said it was a time for thanksgiving. He said the prime minister will soon return to the country after recovery.
Meanwhile, addressing a meeting from London through video link, he said he talked to the prime minister who had personally thanked those who prayed for the success of the operation.
The participants of the meeting also congratulated Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on successful surgery of the prime minister and said crores of people prayed for the prime minister.
