PM Nawaz Sharif inaugurates Metro Bus Service

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has formally inaugurated the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Service on Thursday here in Islamabad. The Metro Bus Project worth 44 million rupees was completed in about 9 months.

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Parvez Khattak, CM Pujab Shahbaz Sharif, CM Balochistan Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, ambassadors from different countries, national leaders from main stream parties and distinguish guests were present in the inaugural ceremony.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said in the inaugural ceremony that they would eliminate power shortage and decrease its prices in the remaining three-year tenure. He appreciated CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif for completing the project within limited time. He said that Shahbaz Sharif was making new Punjab and supporting them in making new Pakistan.Metro

Nawaz Sharif said that their government would soon launch Green Line Service in Karachi and extend Metro Bus Project to other cities too. He said that the service would provide a cheaper, timely and comfortable service to the citizens.

The PM said that they wanted to spend Nation’s resources on the Nation transparently. He said that they had decreased electricity prices by 5.5 rupees per unit. He said that they had passed out oil prices relief to people.

He appreciated the national leaders for making consensus on national issues. Nawaz Sharif said that no one will be allowed to make hurdles in Pakistan’s progress and prosperity. He said that Pakistan became nuclear power in the period of democracy.

While Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the great Pakistan will appear on the world’s map when all four units work together. He said that the Metro Bus Project was one of the best projects of the world. He continued that they made the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Project with 39 billion rupees in nine months.
