MINSK: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been given warm welcome in Belarus. He was received by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko at the presidency and given guard of honor.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday said that Pakistan wanted to extend economic cooperation with Belarus. Nawaz Sharif along with his delegation arrived in Belarus on a three-day official visit. PM hold talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in the presidency.
Bilateral issues of mutual interest, regional and international issues were discussed in the meeting. Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan wanted to extend trade and economic relations with Belarus. He said that Belarusian embassy would be constructed in Pakistan.
Nawaz Sharif said that they would focus on trade, economy , education and other issues in the dialogues with Belarus.
