ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Monday phoned Misbah-ul-Haq, captain of Pakistan Test Cricket and congratulated him on the victory of Pakistan cricket team in the fourth Test match against England at The Oval.
He also congratulated leg-spinner Yasir Shah and Younis Khan for their remarkable performances. Nawaz Sharif said the entire team deserves immense appreciation for demonstrating excellent teamwork.
Misbah-ul-Haq thanked the prime minister for appreciation and said that the test win on Independence Day is indeed an achievement for the entire team.
