ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif presided over a federal cabinet meeting in Islamabad on Monday and discussed overall political and security situation of the country.
The cabinet also reviewed performance of different ministries while the Prime Minister was also briefed about progress of National Action Plan, Pakistan’s anti-terror plan.
At the outset, the meeting offered fateha for the departed soul of Punjab Home Minister Shuja Khanzada who was martyred in a terrorist attack in Attock.
PM Nawaz will now meet an MQM delegation to discuss the mass resignations issue.
