A high level meeting has been chaired by Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Friday to review the overall security situation in the country.
It discussed the progress of Zarb-e-Azb operation and the ongoing operation in Karachi.
The meeting was attended by Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan, Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Director General ISPR Asim Saleem Bajwa and other senior officials.
