KARACHI, Sept 05 (INP): Addressing workers of the Pakistan Steel Mills on Monday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan called for payment of the PSM employees salaries and urged the government not to privatise the organization.

The PTI chairman, who arrived in Karachi earlier today, said Pakistan Steel Mills was the country’s biggest asset.

Earlier upon his arrival at the Karachi airport, Imran hurled accusations at National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq saying that he was not impartial, and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had destroyed an institution to hide his corruption.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan claimed that people will gather from around Pakistan to march towards Raiwind to seek justice.

Imran Khan while talking to media Karachi airport alleged that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was destroying national institutions to hide his corruption. He criticised that the Speaker National Assembly rejected reference against Nawaz Sharif while approved reference against him.

He claimed that criminals were being provided security instead of barring them. He alleged that the Speaker NA Ayaz Saddiq grabbed his position twice through vote rigging.

Imran said it would be the prime minister and not himself who would face destruction.

“You would not get time to even go to Jeddah,” Imran Khan lashed out while heavily criticising the premier.

He said that he would bring the entire country to Raiwind to protest, adding that he would also contact all political parties in this regard. The PTI chief said he would take to streets if they did not get justice.

“I bought a flat in London. My name was not in Panama Leaks, but still the reference was accepted against me,” said Imran Khan.

Earlier, four references filed against the Prime Minister were rejected by National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq.

The references filed against the prime minister by PTI, Awami Muslim League’s Sheikh Rasheed and former Member of National Assembly Umar Farooq were rejected for lack of evidence.

Sources said that the speaker rejected one reference filed against PTI chief Imran Khan, but forwarded another reference filed by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Daniyal Aziz.

The PTI chairman is in Karachi for planned rally at Nishtar Park on Tuesday September 6.
