Plea submitted for transfer of PTI chief from Attock to Adiala Jail

An application was filed in the Islamabad High Court for the transfer of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan from Attock Jail to Adiala Jail.

An application was filed in the Islamabad High Court by Chairman PTI’s lawyer Naeem Haider Panjotha to transfer Imran Khan to Adiala Jail.

In the petition filed by Naeem Panjotha, it has been requested that chairman PTI should be provided A class in jail, the legal team of chairman PTI should be allowed to meet him in jail.

The petition has also requested that Imran Khan be allowed to meet his personal physician, family members and senior party leaders.

It should be remembered that Chairman PTI was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment and a fine of one lakh rupees in the Tosha Khana case two days ago. Imran Khan was arrested from Lahore and transferred to Attock Jail after the court sentenced him was done

Yesterday, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi had alleged that Imran Khan has been kept in a cell of 9 by 11 in Attock jail and has been given C class.
