Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer, Senator Sirajul Haq on Sunday criticised Nawaz Sharif has not taken lesson from past as he always followed dictation of Washington despite paying various visits to Mecca and Medina. He termed execution of Mumtaz Qadri a thread to transform an Islamic country into liberal and secular state.

JI Ameer strongly criticised the government’s move of releasing former president Pervez Musharraf who is accused in various high-profile cases including Nawaz Akbar Bugti murder case and violation of the Constitution of Pakistan.

While addressing the occasion, Siraj said that rulers are the only barricade in development of Sindh; who are busy in completing their personal interests and increase in bank balance. He demanded the citizens to support Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) making efforts to unite whole Muslim Ummah. He said that the political party has capabilities to resolve national issues through its honest leadership.

Sirajul Haq was addressing a crowded “Namoos-e-Risalat Conference” organised in a public park of Kandiaro city, located in Naushahro Feroze District of Sindh province. JI central leaders also delivered their addresses on the occasion including Asadullah Bhutto, Dr. Merajul Huda Siddiqui, Mumtaz Sehtu, Hafiz Lutfullah Bhutto, former chairman town committee Sardar Akbar Ajan, Khalid Shafiq and Hafiz Hashim Lashari.

He termed the hanging of Mumtaz Qadri as execution of ideology and movement of Pakistan. He said that the crowd of hundreds of thousand attended the funeral prayers of martyr Mumtaz Qadri was a slap to the current rulers.
