ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s national carrier on Thursday extended its flight suspension to China till March 31 amid coronavirus fear.
A spokesman for Pakistan International Airline said that the decision to continue or end the flight suspension would be taken by the end of this month.
Earlier on Tuesday, Pakistan had confirmed the 5th case of the coronavirus in the country.
In a message posted on Twitter, State Minister for Health Dr Zafar Mirza said:”We have now 5th confirmed case of #COVID19 in federal areas. Patient is stable and is being managed well. I request the media to respect the privacy of the patient and the family.”
