PIA arrange four planes to bring Umrah pilgrims homeland: Spokesperson

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) spokes person on Wednesday claimed that they had arranged four Saudi Airlines planes to bring the Umrah pilgrims homeland.

The Umrah pilgrims struck in Jeddah due to the PIA employees protest. The spokesperson said that they had provided accommodation in Jeddah and Pakistan to the pilgrims, who had confirmed tickets.

The planes would land in Karachi and Islamabad on February 5. The four Boeing 747 planes would bring about 2000 stranded pilgrims to the homeland.
