LAHORE: The Punjab Highway Patrol arrested 19 criminals including six proclaimed offenders and recovered 45 litres of liquor, 1,337-gram charas, four pistols and two cartridges from their possession.
The officials handed over the accused and the stolen items to the local police for further legal action.
The PHP team provided help to 1,035 commuters on various points of the highways.
