Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has decided to appoint former Olympian Qamar Ibrahim as coach of hockey team.
The sources said that PHF has chosen Qamar Ibrahim’s name for the new coach which would be announced very soon.
Sources also said that PHF will appoint assistant coach after suggestion of Qamar Ibrahim.
It is pertinent to mention here that, head coach Shanaz Shaikh, manager and secretary PHF had resigned from their post after Pakistan fail to qualify for Olympics.
