ISLAMABAD: A court here on Tuesday rejected a plea seeking disqualification of three women Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) lawmakers elected on reserved seats.
The petition was filed by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNAs in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The plea had sought disqualification of three PTI lawmakers – Maleeka Bokhari, Kanwal Shauzab and Tashfeen Safdar under the articles 62 and 63.
Islamabad High Court’s Justice Aamir Farooq issued the judgement.
