KARACHI: A petition has been filed in Sindh High Court against former Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malir Rao Anwar.
According to the details , the petitioner has demanded the apex court in the petition to investigate all police encounters carried out by the former SSP Malir and terming it all the encounters as fake.
The petitioner viewed that many people were killed in the fake encounters led by Rao Anwar demanding to probe all the encounters.
It has been also demanded in the petition that Rao Anwar name must be put on Exit Control List (ECL).
The petition also appeal to the court that details of recent press conference against Muttahida Qaumi Movement by Rao Anwar be presented before the court with proofs.
Rao Anwar, Inspector General (IG) Sindh and Sindh government have been made party in the petition.
