ISLAMABAD: The Punjab Employees Social Security Institute (PESSI) Labour and Human Resource Department has invited applications from registered industrial (protected) workers intending to perform Hajj pilgrimage in 2016, subject to certain terms and conditions.
As per decision of Governing Body of Social Security Institute, four workers from across Punjab would be provided opportunity of Hajj on the expense of the institute. The applications along with R-5 card should be submitted to across province offices of the institute by March 5. No application would be entertained after expiry of due date.
According to official sources, the successful applicants for hajj 2016 will be selected after balloting. Decision of Social Security Institute will be final and cannot be challenged in any court.
The application form for Hajj 2016 can be obtained free of charge from regional offices of Punjab Social Security Institute. The applicant’s age must not exceed 50 years. His or her department should be registered with Punjab Employees Social Security Institute. Applicant must submit, No Objection Certificate (NOC) of his employer or industry. The applicant must not involve in any criminal case.
