ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif says a number of development projects are being carried out to bring Balochistan at par with rest of the country.
He was taking to former Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali who called on him in Islamabad on Thursday.
Matters related to development of the Balochistan province and welfare schemes for people were discussed during the meeting.
The Prime Minister said besides maintaining peace and security, development and prosperity of the province was on top priority of the government.
He said the people of Balochistan have started reaping benefits of the ongoing development and welfare schemes in the province.
