Lahore: The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has decided not to hold any talks with the government.
Sources said that resignations would be given from the four provincial assemblies and the National Assembly but no resignations would be made from the Senate.
They added that all the parties in the PDM have agreed on a new election, while a senior leader said that it is the job of the Election Commission to hold free and fair elections. The Election Commission can consult all parties on the issue.
The sources said the opposition in the steering committee will decide the modalities of the next phase of the protest
