GUJRANWALA: The PML-N has said it would hold the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) rally on the GT road on Oct 16 if they were not given a permission to organise the planned gathering in the Jinnah Ground.

Speaking to the media after a meeting with the deputy commissioner of Gujranwala here on Saturday, PML-N leader Khurram Dastagir said that they were not given a permission yet for the Oct 16 rally in Jinnah Ground.

He said that the PDM rally would be held on the GT Road if they were not given the permission to organise the gathering in the Jinnah Ground.

It is upto the local administration whether they want a peaceful gathering or a protest rally on a road, the former federal minister said.
