DUBAI: The Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) medical panel has declared all-rounder Shoaib Malik and wicket-keeper opening batter Mohammad Rizwan fit for today’s semi-final against Australia.
Earlier, Shoaib Malik and Mohammad Rizwan suffered fever and did not participate in the training session yesterday.
Pakistan is set to take up Australia today in the second semi-final of the mega event.
The media manager of Pakistan cricket team said that Rizwan and Shoaib had minor fever and flu earlier. Doctors had advised them to rest, but, their Covid tests have come negative.
