LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shahryar Khan on Friday announced that soon international matches will be held in Karachi.
Shahryar Khan told media in Lahore that he will also inaugrate a cricket academy in Karachi adding that the cricket hungry populace if the city will too witness their share of international cricket.
About the upcoming tours and proceedings, He said that the board will reach agreements with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh cricket boards for their prospective tours in the country.
Khan revealed that officials of some other countries also came with the Zimbabwe board delegation to witness security arrangements in Pakistan.
It must be noted that the recently concluded Zimbabwe home series has matches scheduled only in Punjab province’s capital city Lahore.
