ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Monday refuted the opposition parties’ demand to hold debate on Panama leaks in joint session of the Parliament.
Parliament resumed its joint session in Islamabad today with Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.
Opposition leader Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah, Aitzaz Ahsan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Sahibzada Tariq Ullah and Mahmood Khan Achakzai emphasized to hold talks on Panama leaks.
PPP leader Aitzaz Ahsan lashed out at the government and said that the ministers frightened to hold talks on the Panama papers.
