Lahore high court (LHC) on Thursday issued notices to Sharif family, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Interior Ministry over Panama Leaks matter.
Hearing the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Gohar Nawaz Sindhu and others, LHC stated that in elections 2013, Nawaz Sharif kept his family assets in secret on the nomination papers.
In the petition, the applicants stated that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif didn’t mention his family assets in the nomination papers. Panama papers revealed the details of PM’s family assets.
Court ordered to provide full details of Panama papers for the case and also issued notices to applicants for the time period of a week.
