ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will invite former Indian prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh to inaugurate the Kartarpur Corridor, says the foreign minister here on Monday.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi, in a video statement, said that the Kartarpur Corridor would be opened on 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib celebrations in November.
He said that the decision to invite Dr Manmohan Singh had been made after discussion with all stakeholders.
Qureshi said that a formal invitation will be sent to the former Indian prime minister.
