ISLAMABAD: A Foreign Office spokesman has said that Pakistan stands with the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) against Islamophobia.
The Foreign Office spokesman said in a statement that Pakistan today again fully supported the celebration of the International Day Against Islamophobia and the prime minister raised his voice against Islamophobia for interfaith harmony.
He said that Pakistan’s resolution against Islamophobia was passed at the 47th OIC Ministerial Meeting in Niamey and the OIC’s struggle reflected the sentiments of billions of Muslims.
The Foreign Office spokesman said that Pakistan stands with the OIC to celebrate the International Day Against Islamophobia while the OIC Group will hold a function against Islamophobia in New York on Wednesday.
