Pakistan set 476 runs target for Sri Lanka in second Test match

KARACHI: Pakistan set a 476-run target for Sri Lanka as captain Azhar Ali and middle order batman Babar Azam scored centuries before declaring their second innings here on Sunday.

Pakistan declared their innings at lunch scoring 555-3.

Pakistan’s four top order batsmen – Shan Masood, Abid Ali, Azhar Ali and Babar Azam- made centuries, becoming the second team in the Test cricket after India to do so.

In 2007, India’s top four batsmen including Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Wasim Jaffer and Dinesh Karthik had made centuries agianst Bangladesh.
