SRINAGAR: Omar Abdullah, the former chief minister of Indian-Occupied-Kashmir(IoK) has said that Pakistan had not initiated unrest in the valley but India’s state policies were responsible for violence in the area.
Speaking at a rally here in Kishtwar, Abdullah said that the Indian state has been using name of Pakistan to save itself from crisis whenever needed.
He urged the Indian authorities to fulfill its promises made with the people of Kashmir.
Abdullah says talks are the only solution to the territorial dispute between the two neighbouring countries.
He says Pakistan is one of the stakeholders of the Kashmir issue which even the government of India has accepted.
