KARACHI: Islamabad is mulling over shutting down its airspace to New Delhi, said the foreign minister here.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi, speaking to media on Sunday, said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will take the final decision of closing down airspace to India at the suitable time.

He said that the decision will be made after assessing its merits and demerits.

Strongly criticising India, Qureshi said that there had been no example of communication blackout and lockdown in the human history like the one has been imposed by Indian forces in the occupied Kashmir.
