ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan had been invited to the US-Taliban peace deal signing ceremony in Doha.
The foreign minister said that signing ceremony would be held on Feb 29.
“I am invited to the ceremony by the Qatari envoy on behalf of the country’s deputy PM and the foreign minister,” Qureshi added.
The foreign minister said that Islamabad had played a key role in the Afghan peace process.
