Pakistan Hockey team leaves for South Korea

LAHORE: Pakistan Hockey team on Friday left for South Korea on four match series after Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) ensured senior players of payment of remaining allowances of recently ended Australia tour.

A 18-member team squad have departed for South Korea from Lahore airport.

Just three member of management have been sent with the team due to financial crisis.

The Pakistani team will play matches against South Korea on May 19th, 21st, 23rd and 24th respectively.

Earlier Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) on Thursday announced the 18-member national hockey squad for South Korea tour.

PHF Secretary Rana Mujahid said that Muhammad Imran would remain the captain while three changes had been made in the team.

National Hockey Team Captain Muhammad Imran said that he was satisfied with the changes made in the team.
