Pakistan has taken notice of BBC report: FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Thursday said that the country has taken notice of a British media house’s report against political party Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).

In a statement released on Thursday, Pakistan foreign office spokesperson said that the relevant authorities are analyzing the BBC report and will come to a decision after the analysis.

Regarding the Afghanistan accusation of Pakistan’s involvement in the Afghan parliament attack, the statement said that Pakistan always supported stability in Afghanistan and the allegations of Pakistan involvement in Afghan Parliament attack were completely baseless.

FO stated that Pakistan’s position on Al-Qaeda and Taliban is clear to everyone and United Nation monitoring team appreciated Pakistan’s struggle to elimintae terrorism from the region.
