ISLAMABAD: Adviser to the Prime Minister Dr. Musadik Malik Monday said Pakistan was giving a befitting response to the Indian aggression at the Line of Control (LoC).
He said talking to a private news channel, the government strongly condemned the violation of ceasefire at the LoC by Indian army adding that this issue was being raised at all pertinent forums to get it settled down peacefully.
Smooth transition of power in all institutions was evidence of that democracy was strengthening in the country, he said.
Musadik Malik said appointment on all key posts as per Constitution, showed that supremacy of law was being ensured.
He said some political parties were making national institutions controversial and maligning them on roads that was not a good practice.
The adviser said the government believed in the supremacy of law and had confidence in state institutions.
