Pakistan, China sign 20 more MoUs

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and China have signed 20 Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) worth 2 billion dollars in various sectors.

A consortium of 35 Chinese Companies was also formed that will invest in Pakistan pushing forward China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal, Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Hasil Bizenjo, Afrasiab Khattak, Senator Nuzhat Saddiq, Nawabzada Saifullah Magsi and Minister for Planning Balochistan Hamid Khan Achakzai were also present at the signing ceremony.

Meanwhile, the two days historic moot of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Karamay-Xinjiang Forum ended with a declaration focusing on increased cooperation between the two countries in diversified fields.
