KARACHI: India’s move to take the Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case to the International Court of Justice has in fact provided Pakistan an opportunity to demand New Delhi for a third party mediation over Kashmir issue, experts said while speaking to Jasarat.com on Monday.
India has consistently been ruling out the third party mediation to solve its problems, especially the Kashmir issue with Pakistan.
In the past India had always rejected the option of ICJ to resolve bilateral issues with Pakistan. However, now to save his spy it had approached the same court.
But, now India has itself approached to a third party, ICJ, to resolve the case of its spy captured in Pakistan. Experts said that the Indian move has in fact provided Pakistan a good opportunity to demand third party mediation over the Kashmir issue.
The Kashmir issue is a burning question between Pakistan and India from seven decades.
Innocent Kashmiris are shedding their blood for the sake of independence for 70 years as almost over 40,000 Kashmiris have been martyred by Indian forces during last two decades.
