KABUL: Afghan leg-spinner Rashid Khan has said that Pakhtun fans in Pakistan wanted to see him play for Peshawar Zalmi but he is happy to have the opportunity to play in PSL.
In an interview, he said that he is excited to play for Lahore Qalandars and will try to maintain his excellent performance in PSL as well.
He said that Qalandars are being well received by the fans and this year too the Lahore team will perform well.
Rashid Khan said that he has a good friendship with Fakhruzzaman and Shaheen Shah Afridi in Qalandars team as they also speak Pashto and we will use the same in the ground.
