ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has remarked during hearing of Panama Leaks case that if articles 62 and 63 are implemented on parliamentarians then Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Sirajul Haq alone would remain member of the house.
Heading a five-member bench, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa heard the Panama Papers on Monday.
During the hearing, on a lighter note, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa observed that if articles 62 and 63 are implemented on parliamentarians then Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Sirajul Haq alone would remain member of the house.
Laughter broke out in the courtroom after the remarks by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.
