BANNU: A terrorist was killed and two other were arrested during a counter terrorism raid in District Bannu on Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, police carried out ant- terror raid in Jani Khel area of Bannu to arrest suspects.
During the raid, the terrorists were asked to lay down arms and surrender to police. But the terrorists were opened indiscriminate firing prompting stern retaliation from police killing one as result, says reports. Two were arrested during raid. The police also recovered arms and ammunitions from the encounter site.
