KARACHI: One person was killed and five other injured in a van-motorcycle collision in the outskirts of Karachi Wednesday.
Rescue and police sources told APP that the incident happened in Kalapul area in which a 24-year old Tahir was killed on the spot while five other received multiple minor injuries.
The injured were identified as Adam, Ali, Sarwar, Fareed and Jamal. The dead and injured persons were shifted to Jinnah Hospital Karachi, the rescue sources said.
The conditions of injured persons were out of danger, the rescue sources further confirmed.
Meanwhile, police reached the spot of accident, confiscated the van and shifted it to the area police station, while investigations were underway to ascertain the causes of accident.
