At least four people were killed when the roof of an ice factory in Karachi collapsed on Monday.
The roof of the factory, located at Karachi’s Federal B. Area, came crashing down following an explosion inside the building, a private news channel reported.
Several labourers were trapped under the rubble.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene after being informed of the incident.
Two dead bodies were retrieved from the rubble whereas three of the injured persons were shifted to a nearby hospital.
The condition of the wounded is critical.
