LASBELA: A little girl was killed and 14 others were critically injured when a Karachi-bound passenger coach turned turtle in Kundi area here on Wednesday.
Police sources said that a passenger coach was on its way from Quetta to Karachi when it turned turtle in Kundi area on National Highway, some 15 kilometers from Bela, resulting in injuring of 15 passengers.The rescue team rushed to the site and shifted the injured to hospital.
“A five-year-old girl succumbed to her injuries on way to the hospital,” they said. The dead was identified as Rubina, resident of Pishin who along with her family was travelling to Karachi.
The injured who belonged to Quetta and Pishin were recognized as Najeeb, Abdul Basit, Mohammad Hashim, Taj Bibi, Nadia Bibi, Manai, Siraj, Ashraf and Waqar.
According to doctors, condition of some injured was critical who have been referred to Karachi.
Further probe was underway.
