BANNU: At least one policeman was martyred and 13 injured when a remote controlled blast targetted a police van near new General Bus Stand here on Friday.
Police said unknown miscreants had planted a bomb in a motorcycle to target the police mobile.
The blast took in a busy part of Bannu. The number of casualties could increase as rescue officials reach the scene. Several vehicles were damaged in the explosion, eyewitnesses said.
