WASHINGTON: President Barack Obama will travel Tuesday to Dallas where he will address an interfaith service in honor of the five officers shot dead in the Texas city during a protest against police brutality, the White House said.
“On Tuesday, July 12th, at the invitation of Mayor Rawlings, the President will travel to Dallas, Texas to deliver remarks at an interfaith memorial service at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center,” spokesman Josh Earnest said in a statement.
