WASHINGTON: United States of America President Barak Obama has set new Guinness World Record for having 1.6 million followers on Twitter within 24 hours. Barak opened twitter account after six years and got 1.6 million followers within 24 hours. He become the first personality of the world who got such followers in just 24 hours. Due to this, his name was mentioned in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Obama new record is his latest victory on social media. It was seen that just in five hours Obama was followed by 1million people. He is the first US President who has an official Twitter account.
