TEHRAN: Iran President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday successfulness of nuclear deal would only based on lifting of all sanctions imposed on the country by world powers, foreign news agency reported.

President Rouhani made the statement in response to the US President Barack Obama who was forced by Congress to assure right to veto lifting of sanctions in any future accord.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani while adopted remarks of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei clarified, “If there is no end to sanctions, there will not be an agreement,”

“The end of these negotiations and a signed deal must include a declaration of cancelling the oppressive sanctions on the great nation of Iran,” said Rouhani.

It is pertinent to mention here that initial phase of the nuke deal was reached between Iran and the six world powers in Switzerland on April 2, 2015  while final settlement was likely to be made on June 30, 2015.
