SAIDGAI: At least two people were killed and 35 others sustained injuries when a hand grenade was hurled at a wedding ceremony in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) on Thursday night.
According to political administration, the incident occurred in Saidgai area of the North Waziristan where unknown miscreants hurled a hand grenade at a wedding party late Thursday night.
Two people were killed at the spot while around 35 sustained injuries. The injured were shifted to the Agency Hospital in Miranshah for treatment, official said.
The injured also included at least five children.
