The second round of high level talks between North and South Korea to remove the border stand-off ended without signing of progress.
The talks were held inside the heavily guarded Demilitarized Zone at the border of two countries.
South Korea says it is concerned about continuing large-scale North Korean troops movements.
Tensions have been rising on the peninsula for weeks.
