According to the passport department, due to the illegal use of travel documents, it has become difficult to issue passports on time, evil mafias are trying to make passports negative.
The passport department says that the process of caution and checking has been increased in the issuance of passports, in the current situation, normal passports will be issued in 21 days, while urgent passports will be issued in 5 days, fast track passports will be issued in 2 office days.
According to the passport department, passport offices will open from 8 am to 1 pm and on Fridays till 12 pm.
The passport department has appealed to the people to cooperate in the issuance of passports, to file a complaint in the citizen portal about the difficulties in obtaining passports.
