Director General Sindh Major General Bilal Akbar said there will no strike in Karachi today (Wednesday), people will have full freedom to do their businesses.
It is pertinent to mention here that, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has given a call for a strike in the province including Karachi against over surrounding party leader Farooq Sattar’s house.
In a statement, DG Rangers said, they will not allow anyone for strike in Pakistan’s business hub and directed people to continue their routine work without any fear.
He further said Rangers will provide full protection to the citizens and whoever tried to force people to close their business, they will be treated strictly.
