KARACHI: People’s Party leader Faisal Karim Kundi has said that no government can be formed without us, so the party wants Bilawal to be the prime minister.
PP leader Faisal Karim Kundi said that the leadership of the People’s Party is of the opinion that Bilawal Bhutto should be the prime ministerial candidate, because no one is in a position to form the government without us. PTI-backed independent candidates also have but none are in a position to form the government.
He said that today evening there is a CEC meeting of the party in which proposals will be put forward after which a decision will be taken but my personal suggestion is that if Bilawal does not become the prime minister, it is better not to be part of the government and in the opposition. sit down
Faisal Karim Kundi said that there can be re-elections in democratic governments, but this is my personal suggestion, while the experience of 16 months in the past has not been good. and the people of the party also have concerns about this, so I personally think that it is better for us to sit in the opposition.
He further said that it is also possible that we vote for the Prime Minister of (N) League and sit in the opposition and then he forms the government, whether we have the position of the opposition leader or not, but we can make a good opposition.
The PP leader said that the economic and security situation of the country is very bad, there are many challenges that the government will face, the next government will also suffer from many problems, it will not even have a majority.
